How do I order?

The easiest way to place an order is to browse through the online Damadi Product Catalogue and select items using the "Buy Now" button. You can then pay online by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or select one of the other payment options given to you (see "How do I pay" below for details)

Your security.

We dont keep any credit card or bank account details on file. The person you met at the markets, Angie, is the same person who makes the products and processes any orders.

Postage

At Damadi we focus on quality ingredients and try and keep our prices reasonable, unfortunately we can't absorb all the postage charges to do this. For postage within Australia we charge a flat rate of $5.50 regardless of whether you order 1 product or 50 products.

For international orders we will contact you with a quote for postage once you have placed an order with your full mailing address. Prices will vary from country to country. Two jars of moisturiser to New Zealand is around $10 in postage, two jars to England is around $15. International orders get the best rate of exchange and the least hassle by using the credit card payment method. It is much easier than using a money order or inter-country bank transfer as the fees on these payment methods are pretty high and involve alot of running around.

International order: We will contact you via email with a quote for postage for the products you have ordered. Please ignore the postage amount on the automated "Customer Receipt" email that is sent to you immediately after you place the order. The amount of $5.50 listed on the automated receipt is for Australian postage only

Orders normally go out the same day payment is received or the next business day if it is the weekend.
